We help clients and their families understand when a disabled adult may need a guardianship established. We demystify the process by thoroughly explaining the client's responsibilities, the court’s role, and the timeline of events. We understand that for many individuals this may be their first and only experience within a court setting and that there are complex emotions involved. Our goal is to support our clients and their families through every step of this process.

Special Needs Planning

We understand that special people require special planning. For many people, the thought of their loved one not being taken care of after they are gone is a scary one. Our goal is to work with our clients to create an appropriate plan to protect their special loved one while taking into account that person's individual needs.

VA Aid & Attendance Benefit

We help Veterans and their families plan and apply for the VA Aid and Attendance pension. We educate our clients on the requirements they must meet in order to be approved for this benefit. Our process helps clients apply for and receive this benefit even in cases where they believed they would not qualify.

Decedent’s Estates (Probate)
